Danna Sossen
Danna has been involved in the construction, leasing and sales of well over a billion dollars in real estate. She began her career in brokerage with Arthur Rubloff & Co, but quickly transitioned into landlord representation. Her first major project was the Loop Central Office complex for Wayne Duddlesten, Inc. which is a three building portfolio and 5 fee managed properties for John Hancock Insurance totaling approximately one million square feet. At one point she shared responsibility for a 23 acre mixed use CBD property whose major investor was the Perot (Ross) Group.
During almost three decades of experience, she has marketed and leased dozens of office buildings.
In the mid-90’s Danna turned her focus to exclusively representing tenants and buyers of office and industrial space. She has also handled retail and investment properties.
Danna has been active in Texas Association of Realtors and various community programs, including President of the Children’s Council at First United Methodist Church, Recording Secretary for the Westside High School Athletic Booster Club and currently the Recording Secretary for a Texas A&M Student Scholarship & Support Group to mention a few.
