Larry Indermuehle
Larry Indermuehle is Chief Executive Officer of Indermuehle & Co., a commercial real estate firm that specializes in the leasing and sale of office, industrial, and retail properties; as well as investment property and land sales. Larry has been a commercial real estate broker and consultant in the Houston, Texas area for twenty-nine years. During this time he has been a consistent top producer in sales and leasing of commercial properties, which includes over 20,000,000 square feet of improved properties and several thousand acres of land sales in and around the Houston area. He has sold over $500 million worth of commercial properties through direct negotiated sales and real estate auctions.
Mr. Indermuehle's education includes a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology and Management from Southwest Missouri State University, and an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Central Missouri State University. He earned the professional designation, CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member); one of only 7000 designees in the United States. Larry has held professional and management positions with such companies as: Litton Industries, Bendix Corporation, Baxter Laboratories, and Emerson Electric Corporation. He joined Fuller Commercial Brokerage Company in 1981 and served as a Vice President of sales. He received sales award recognition with the firm in the company's "Tops in Texas" every year. In 1991, he formed Brio Real Estate Services, Inc. and was the President and principal, prior to forming Indermuehle & Co. Commercial Real Estate Services in 1994. He is an active member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Commercial Gateway Advisory Board, Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce, Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, the Houston/Gulf Coast chapter of CCIM, and the Director of the Fort Bend Economic Development Council. He is also a past President of the Board of Ft. Bend Baptist Academy (Private school - Pre-K through 12th grade), and a past Board Member of Living Water International; as well as an active member and Deacon at Sugar Creek Baptist Church in Sugar Land, Texas.
