Jennifer is an industrial land specialist focused on local, regional and national tenant representation. Jennifer has worked in the commercial real estate & economic development fields in the Fort Bend County area for over 13 years. Over the past few years she has closed over $110 million in land & industrial lease & sale transactions. These transactions vary from single tenant to multi tenant buildings & free standing buildings. Jennifer has closed nearly 6,500 acres of land sites for mixed use, commercial & residential development. Jennifer's experience gives her clients a unique viewpoint on the acquisition & disposition of properties as well as the development of new projects & relocation of businesses. Prior to her joining Indermuehle & Co., she served over eight years with the Greater Fort Bend Economic Development Council, a public private partnership in search of attracting new business to the Fort Bend County area. She was responsible for the recruitment of businesses in Fort Bend County, ranging from site selection to tax incentive application, commercial brokerage relations, market analysis, and Geographic Information Systems mapping. Prior to joining the Council in 1996, Jennifer was a commercial banker for the former First Interstate Bank of Texas. Jennifer holds an Executive MBA from the University of Houston and a graduate from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
