Payton joined Indermuehle & Co focusing on the industrial market. His responsibilities include the development of new business, directing our Industrial Services and Development Services as well as leasing, and brokerage thru asset acquisition/disposition.

Payton brings a broad range of experience to Indermuehle & Co. In 1999 he graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration specializing in Finance from the University of Houston. During his college years he worked in the engineering and construction industry at Fluor Daniel as a cost analyst. After graduation he joined the accounting firm Pannell Kerr Forester of Texas as a consultant in the Entrepreneurial Solutions group and later joined EOTT Energy as systems analysis in the Application Services department.

Education
