Suagrland,TX - August 2018 - AP Brothers Investment Group, LLC has awarded ICO Commercial with the management and construction management of their new building. The Offices at Telfair, located at 7215 New Territory, Sugar Land, TX effective October 1, 2018. The 15,000 RSF asset is 76% leased. Tawnya Dornak and Danna Sossen with ICO Commericla  handled the leasing.

Sugar Land, Texas – July 2018 – ICO Commercial leased a 3,030 SF office space on 130 Industrial Boulevard. in Sugar Land, TX.  Mike Gornek and Peyton Easley with ICO Commercial represented the landlord. Tracey Hatley with Porchlight Realtors represented the tenant.

Sugar Land, Texas – July 2018– AP Brothers Investment leased an 11,700 SF office space at 7215 New Territory Blvd (Museum Square in Telfair) in Sugar Land, TX. Tawnya Dornak and Danna Sossen with ICO Commercial represented the Landlord. Jennifer Raymond with JPR Commercial represented the Tenant.

Sugar Land, Texas – May 2018– Beyond 20/20 Eye Care leased a 2,300 SF Retail space in Sugar Land, TX. Tawnya Dornak and Danna Sossen with ICO Commercial represented the Tenant. Inna Gallagher with Rubicon Realty Group represented the Landlord.

Stafford, Texas – April 2018– ICO Commercial leased a 9,581 SF Industrial Space in the Summer Park Business Center in Stafford, TX. Mike Gornek and Peyton Easley with ICO Commercial represented the Landlord.

Sugar Land, Texas – March 2018 – ICO Commercial announced today the expansion of their Property Management team with the addition of Linda S. Larabee as Vice President. Missouri City, TX – February 2018 – ICO Commercial sold a 12,000 SF Retail building with .69 Acres of additional land attached at 3711 Raoul Wallenberg in Missouri City, TX. Peyton Easley and Mike Gornek with ICO Commercial represented the Seller. Jin Li Zhao and Julian Chang with Westwood CPM Real Estate represented the Buyer.

Rosenberg, TX – February 2018 – ICO Commercial represented G2G Family Properties in the purchase of 5.8 Acres at 25635 SW Freeway in Rosenberg, TX. Larry Indermuehle with ICO Commercial represented both the Buyer.

Stafford, Texas – November 2017 – ICO Commercial has leased 9,576 SF of industrial space located at 810 Success Court in Stafford, TX. Peyton Easley and Mike Gornek with ICO Commercial represented the Landlord. Brad Able with TNRG represented the Tenant.

Stafford, Texas – November 2017 – ICO Commercial has leased 37,090 SF at Stafford Grove Industrial Park located at 10643 West Airport in Stafford, TX. The space was leased by Matrix Metals, a constituent of Sanmar Engineering Technologies Limited, who provides foundry solutions in steel castings, machining and many other value added services. Matrix Metals was represented by Peyton Easley and Mike Gornek with ICO Commercial. Matteson Hamilton with Stream Realty represented the Landlord, Crow Holdings.
