Rosenberg, Texas – December 2010 – Lamar Consolidated Independent School District has purchased a 9.2 acres at FM 1640 (Avenue I) west of Reading Road in Rosenberg, Texas. Jim Shaw with Indermuehle & Co. represented the Seller, 1640 Rosenberg LLC.
