 | Houston, Texas – March 2010 – Pikes Peak of Texas, Inc., a wholesale floral distributor, has purchased a 63,000 square foot office/showroom/warehouse building at 4340 Directors Row in Houston, Texas. This facility will serve as the corporate offices as well as their South-Central distribution hub. Rex Rogers, David Cook, and Jeff Peden with Cushman & Wakefield represented the Seller.
