Construction Oversight
Getting what you want when you want it still applies, even here. The last thing you want as a Tenant moving into new space is to move in and find there are errors in the construction layout or craftsmanship or the cost somehow increased and now you are over budget. The Landlord is concerned that the Tenant is pleased and the build-out is built to building standard quality and also to their liking.
