Danna has almost three decades of commercial real estate experience. She has played a major role in construction, leasing and sales of billions of dollars of commercial real estate. The list of projects would take several pages to detail individually, but would include major projects in the CBD, Greenway Plaza, Galleria, Riverway, West/North Loop, Energy Corridor and Sugar Land. Her clients/partners in these projects included: Wayne Duddlesten's 600k square foot Loop Central Office Park, John Hancock's 1MM square foot portfolio, Lincoln Property Company's projects in Westchase/SW consisting of 400k square feet, Ross Perot on a billion dollar mixed use development, Chubb Group's 80k square foot shopping center, 140k square foot building for Nations Bank to name just a few.

Danna's practice also includes representing tenants and providing strategic guidance and creative real estate solutions to many of Houston's leading corporations, institutions, and small businesses. She has successfully completed over 6,000,000 square feet in transactions. In addition to her transactional experience, she has also been involved in management and disposition of assets/equities.

Danna is also committed to giving back to her community and has been active in Texas Association of Realtors, Houston Associations of Realtors and various community programs, including President of the Children's Council at First United Methodist Church, Recording Secretary for the Westside High School's Athletic Booster Club, and Recording Secretary for a Texas A&M Student Scholarship & Support Group. Danna has also funded/ traveled to several under developed countries in concert with various mission projects and taught Sunday school.
