Mike began his career in real estate in 1984 with United Equities, a local developer, owner and manager of office/warehouses, shopping centers and apartment projects. Mike was responsible for the leasing, marketing, property management and construction activities on 27 owned or third party managed commercial properties. While at United Equities, he also built 26 tenant lease spaces from shell condition for Fiesta Mart, Inc. In 1995, Mike joined RW Management Co. primarily as a leasing and marketing specialist on an institutional owned portfolio of thirteen Class "A" commercial properties. This portfolio consisted of office buildings, bulk distribution warehouses, office/warehouses and office/service centers. Total square footage for these properties was over 1.6 million square feet. Mike was also involved in new business development activities. Mike is a graduate of Drake University with a B.S. in Biology. He has graduate hours in Microbiology and Biochemistry from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Mike has been a Junior Achievement Advisor, a volunteer probation officer, a board member of the Braeburn HPD Storefront and is currently a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, and Fort Bend Society of Commercial Realtors.
